Role Description This full-time, on-site role is for an Accountant/Bookkeeper located in Culloden, WV. Key responsibilities include general bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial reports, assisting in tax preparation, managing budgets, performing account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits, and addressing client financial inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
Proficiency in bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial transaction management
Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation
Attention to detail and experience in auditing processes
Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in general accounting or bookkeeping (advantage)
