Role Overview As a Treasury Analyst, you will plan and execute daily and period‑end treasury and payroll activities, manage liquidity, facilitate online banking transactions, analyze receivable and payable accounts, and oversee the warehouse and bank facility operations.
You will report to the Controller and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on reporting, covenant compliance, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Daily management of liquidity and cash forecasting models and reporting
Analyze financing options, prepare cash recycling and funding requests for debt facilities
Assist with reporting requirements and covenant compliance for external stakeholders
Manage daily payments process and execute payments per liquidity policy
Manage payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment and compliance with tax regulations
Assist in monthly treasury and payroll reporting for internal stakeholders, auditors, and creditors
Liaise with internal and external parties for audit requests related to financing and payroll
Develop and maintain reports across system‑of‑record and BI platforms
Support business performance analyses relating to cash flow and debt obligations
Prepare process documentation for core treasury and payroll activities
Skills and Qualifications
3‑5+ years of experience in a similar treasury or finance role
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
Experience with secured debt facilities and their operations
Proficient in banking systems, including wire and ACH transactions
Strong attention to detail and precision in a fast‑paced environment
Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis/BI tools is a plus
