Key Responsibilities (Assistant Controller)
Oversee daily workflow of the Accounting department and ensure proper staffing for all functions.
Mentor, train, and develop Staff Accountants to build a high-performing team.
Review monthly journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and financial statements.
Manage all aspects of the General Ledger, including chart‑of‑accounts maintenance and transactional verification.
Qualifications (Assistant Controller)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus.
CPA license preferred.
5+ years of finance or accounting experience.
