Donor Engagement & External Relations Assistant
Kelly Services is seeking a Donor Engagement & External Relations Assistant to work at a premier institution in the University Circle area.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Responsibilities
Managing large-scale mass mailings including postcards, greeting cards, solicitations, and invitations
Assisting in event planning and coordination for alumni and donor events
Providing administrative and clerical support to the College of Arts and Science Dean’s office
Maintaining guest and RSVP lists and supporting events on site
Conducting post-event follow-up and coordinating travel and appointments with prospects
Supporting annual fund mailings and managing donor databases and reports
Providing back-up support for the Development and External Relations Coordinator
Qualifications
Possess excellent organization and communication skills
Demonstrate extreme attention to detail in all tasks
Have experience in administrative support, event planning, or donor relations (preferred but not required)
Are comfortable managing databases and handling confidential information
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
