Heavy focus on expense management with emphasis on reviewing expense details to determine and record accruals. Scope will cover multiple retail stores and head office departments. Lease accounting for multiple locations. Some involvement with coding/recording credit card expenses. Some involvement with preparing bank reconciliations and recording related journal entries. Prepare month end reports, actuals vs budget/forecast, and provide explanations. Prepare account reconciliations. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in NetSuite a Must. Positive “can do” attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges. Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets. Action-oriented and solution-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.
