Responsibilities
Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
Follow the team plan

Qualifications
Top‑notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
Real estate license required
Compensation First year earning potential when hitting goals:
$140,000+
Compensation: $140,000 at plan per year
