Accounts Receivable (Deductions) Specialist
Contract position for a manufacturing company in Hartford, WI, estimated to last 3–4 months with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Base pay range $24.00/hr – $26.00/hr
Responsibilities
Research and resolve customer deductions
Issue credits for approved deductions and deny/collect on invalid ones
Review aging AR and follow-up on past‑due invoices
Support cash application
Communicate with customers and internal teams
Qualifications
2+ years of AR or deductions management experience
Experience with ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
