Our client is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations and play a key role in shaping the organization’s financial strategy. This position is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, controls, and compliance while partnering closely with executive leadership to support long‑term profitability, growth, and operational sustainability.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for a strategic finance professional with experience operating in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments.
This is an in‑office role.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the organization’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
Partner with executive leadership to provide insight on financial performance, risks, and strategic business decisions
Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation to support growth and financial stability
Manage and develop the finance team while optimizing cost structure, procurement, and financial processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements, while mitigating financial and operational risk
Support cross‑functional initiatives, including pricing, supply chain, new business evaluation, and operational improvement
Provide financial leadership for system and process improvements, including ERP optimization and financial technology initiatives
Lead a team of accounting and finance direct reports
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
Experience operating in regulated, operationally complex environments preferred
Proven ability to influence executive leadership and partner across functions
Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
