Risk Analyst - Operational Risk Management at Deel. The Risk Analyst will support the execution of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) by performing analysis, coordinating processes, and maintaining high-quality operational risk data across the organization. The role focuses on execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure operational risk programs are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day application of the Operational Risk Management Framework. Contribute to ensuring policies, procedures, and guidance are accessible and practical. Coordinate scheduling, data collection, and documentation for RCSAs. Support facilitators during workshops by preparing materials and documenting outputs. Collect and validate data for KRIs, maintain KRI dashboards and escalate breaches. Track open issues and follow up with owners for updates. Ensure remediation actions are documented and evidence of closure is collected. Produce draft risk dashboards, trend analysis, and reporting packs for management review. Ensure reporting is consistent, accurate, and delivered on time. Assist with documenting operational risk considerations for change initiatives. Research and summarize external developments and emerging risks for internal awareness. Promote consistent application of operational risk practices through reminders, training support, and document updates. Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years in operational risk, audit, or related functions within financial services, payments, or FinTech. Hands-on experience with ORM programs, including at least four of the following: RCSAs; KRIs; Issues & Action Plans; Operational Risk Events; Third Party Risk Management; Scenario Analysis; Enterprise Business Continuity and Crisis Management; Change Risk Management/Governance. Strong attention to detail with experience managing structured risk data. Analytical skills with ability to identify patterns and trends. Clear written and verbal communication for reports and stakeholder interactions. Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ORM, CRISC, FRM) desirable but not required. Total Rewards
