Base Pay Range
$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package selected. Full‑time employees are eligible to choose from different benefit packages, which may include medical, dental, vision, 10 paid days off, 401(k) participation, commuter and life & disability insurance.
Summary The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. The role involves reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, and related data.
Job Responsibilities
Manage weekly CPFR process with key accounts
Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sellout units
Ensure order management accuracy in ERP system – SAP
Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
Present internally and externally to promote consensus building
Work comfortably in a multicultural business environment
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze manufacturing, labor, and material costs
Ability to document and record customer/client information accurately
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
2-4 years of related experience required
