Summary Perry Ellis International is looking for an energetic, self‑motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to support the Golf Apparel division. This position is varied and not a traditional high‑volume call‑center environment. The role is multifaceted and involves working with Promotional Product Distributors and supporting our external Sales Representatives. It provides a good learning experience for a newcomer who wants to learn the A‑Z of our business process flow. Flexible schedules are required, and the position is onsite, five days a week, servicing East and West Coast operations Monday‑Friday.
Responsibilities
Support all internal needs for the Golf division by working with management, sales team members, direct clients, and external representatives.
Work a call center answering inquiries, placing orders, providing ship status, and processing RMA returns and credits.
Work hand in hand with internal departments to support full order management.
Be able to multitask and remain highly organized in a fast‑paced work environment.
