Security Clearance DoD Clearance: Secret. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance.

Salary Range $82,000 USD – $164,000 USD.

What You Will Do

Creation and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that is compliant with government and corporate requirements and which demonstrates the necessary cost and schedule integration.

Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments.

Prepare internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List submissions.

Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other in‑depth, actionable schedule‑related analyses.

Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and a minimum of 5 years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Prior work experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar.

Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.

Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or a similar business process.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience analyzing schedule data including driving paths, schedule metrics, trends, and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).

Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite.

Demonstrated understanding of product development principles including Agile Software development.

Ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM), or similar EVMS tools and software such as Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra, Deltek MPM Connect, or ForProject.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
