The role spans courtroom, administrative office, training rooms, IT office, and field work. Salary
Schedule A: $82,632.10 – $133,935.92; Schedule B: $82,632.10 – $127,239.13. Remote Work
This position offers a hybrid schedule, up to three days remote. You will need high‑speed home internet and a multifactor authentication app. Responsibilities
Lead a high‑performing team in delivery of functional, robust, scalable, and reusable enterprise web applications. Oversee all phases of application development: stakeholder collaboration, design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and ongoing support. Provide guidance to the development team in troubleshooting and debugging 24/7 production systems, accurately identifying root causes and offering practical, technically sound solutions. Lead application teams in supporting modernization initiatives and driving process improvements. Facilitate Agile methodologies, conduct daily SCRUM meetings, and direct team resources to ensure timely deployments and releases. Participate in team planning and management; effectively utilize team members’ skills and experience to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and five years of professional experience, two years of which include designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems and services in mainframe, server, and network environments. Experience in analyzing and resolving complex technical problems; generating and testing application code; performing database administration; administering data security; operating enterprise computer systems; contingency planning; implementing telecommunications facilities; and developing training on IT systems, concepts, applications, policies, and security. Substitution options: applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year‑for‑year basis with one year of such experience equal to 30 semester hour credits. An associate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of general experience as indicated above. A law degree from an approved American Bar Association law school may be substituted for two years of general experience as indicated above. Driver’s license valid in New Jersey only if vehicle operation is necessary. Authorization to work: US citizenship is not required. Selected candidate must be authorized to work in the US according to Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations.
