Adjunct Faculty – Aviation Business & Management
Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a part‑time adjunct faculty member to teach aviation‑related courses for business students commencing Fall 2025. The role focuses on integrating aviation management principles into business education, fostering hands‑on learning and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, hands‑on learning activities tailored to aviation and business contexts.
Prepare syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments that meet academic standards.
Coordinate and facilitate class sessions that promote active student involvement.
Develop and evaluate student performance in alignment with course objectives.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in aviation management, business administration, or a closely related field.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Sensitivity to academic and cultural diversity.
Proficiency in using classroom technologies, online resources, and computer applications.
Previous teaching experience, preferably in aviation or business‑related subjects.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in aviation management or a related field.
Experience designing and delivering courses that combine aviation and business principles.
Commitment to fostering student success in a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
