Speak daily with property owners to analyze motivation, condition, and timeline Lead structured acquisition conversations to determine if a deal makes sense—for both sides Present clear, honest purchase offers aligned with company criteria Follow up relentlessly and professionally until a clear outcome is reached Take ownership of your pipeline—you are responsible for movement, not excuses Accurately document conversations, numbers, and next steps in the CRM Evaluate feedback from leadership and apply coaching to improve conversion and performance Collaborate with dispositions and leadership to ensure clean handoffs and strong deal quality Qualifications
Strong communicator (phone and written) Self-directed and disciplined with time Comfortable in a performance-driven environment Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
