M&M Roofing
Established in 1984, M&M Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee and manage new and re‑roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience working with roofing vendors, subcontractors, and commercial general contractors. This role requires constant communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and under budget.
Duties
Source materials and issue purchase orders for roofing materials on projects.
Prepare / submit pre‑submittal documents as needed.
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost‑saving opportunities.
Implement individual job costing to assess project profitability inside of CRM.
Coordinate and schedule labor for roofing projects inside of CRM.
Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
Create and manage subcontractor/vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing, resolving disputes, and evaluating performance.
Identify and issue change orders to customers as required.
Register NDL warranties, and obtain final inspections.
Final job closeout documentation for invoicing.
Qualifications
3+ years managing commercial roofing projects.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or a related field would assist in this role.
