We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end international and domestic freight operations to and from South Korea. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow, accurate documentation, and on‑time delivery.
Location On site at Austin or Houston, TX
What You’ll Do
Oversee full‑cycle logistics operations across air, ocean, and ground transportation
Manage import/export documentation and coordinate customs clearance
Partner with warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving, outbound processing, and inventory handling
Coordinate schedules with carriers and shipping lines; track shipment status and resolve issues
Prepare and review B/L, AWB, invoices, packing lists, and other commercial documents
Issue customer invoices (A/R) and verify vendor invoices (A/P)
Analyze shipment P&L and support profitability improvement
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Respond promptly to shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in Korean and English required
1–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
Familiarity with import/export processes, customs procedures, and warehouse/transport operations
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities
Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
