Job Description You were born to be the boss. You make sure everyone is doing what they need to do, even the boss. Now it’s your chance to move up as an Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza. This role requires judgment, math skills, multitasking, and a strong customer service orientation. You’ll help keep the store operating smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, and cash handling.
Ensure all policy and procedures are followed 100% and maintain high standards of appearance and cleanliness.
Handle staffing, paperwork, cash control, food management, scheduling, and marketing support.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer relations.
Maintain attendance punctuality and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Relevant management experience, preferably in quick‑service pizza.
Strong math skills for accurate handling of money and orders.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Capacity to multitask, work under pressure, and navigate delivery sites.
Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions; work temperatures can range from 36°F to 90°F+; handling hot surfaces up to 500°F; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped walk‑in cooler; moving mechanical parts; and varying weather when delivering.
