President at JMI Recruiting Services, LLC We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Service Operations Manager search in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Responsibilities
Lead service operations within the power and heavy equipment division
Ensure superior customer and employee relations to support above‑average performance metrics.
Oversee operations in alignment with annual budget projections.
Collaborate with other leadership to manage the budget according to forecasts, objectives, and company policies.
Achieve gross profit and PADE (Profit After Direct Expenses) objectives.
Supervise and develop necessary manpower to maintain a functional division aligned with company policies and forecasts.
Oversee execution of an annual training program for the division.
Maintain exceptional customer relations and ensure high‑quality cooperation and communication with all company departments.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing a service department specializing in power equipment, heavy construction machinery, or agricultural equipment.
Demonstrated experience in managing departmental budgets and timelines effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
