Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions in SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization / OM Partners / SAP S/4 HANA packaged applications for Supply Chain Planning projects.

Perform requirement gathering and technical analysis to design, build and implement business requirements for supply chain management suite of products.

Lead assessment and conduct technical analysis of solutions to support business processes in Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing and Distribution of inventory across the supply chain network.

Partner with the Plan and Supply Chain organizations to build, enhance and support SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization – Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and OM Partners – DP and SNP applications, including coordination, scheduling, and execution of platform releases for projects and enhancements.

Design and deploy SAP Advanced Planning, SAP Optimization Demand Planning, and OM Partners – DP Planning projects, in support of Supply Chain financial product flows.

Review user stories and prepare functional configuration and technical design documentation for building the user requirements in Supply Chain ERP applications.

Design, implement, and support inbound and outbound communication protocols for integration of master data and transactional data with on‑premise and cloud‑based Supply Chain planning applications and legacy ERP tools.

Configure OMP and SAP systems based on technical design specifications and conduct fit‑gap analysis to determine feasibility of enhancements required to support business requirements.

Provide escalation support and integration of the platforms with SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC), SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization Demand Planning (APO DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) and OM Partners Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning systems.

Collaborate with Business Unit IT and Business Partners to lead upstream/downstream system impact and interfaces.

Capture customer insights to improve Supply Chain Planning projects throughout design and delivery.

Deliver continuous improvement recommendations to service owners.

Conduct impact analysis on process/tools coming from new/enhanced services.

Collaborate across all Information Technology and Business Teams involved in our Supply Chain initiatives.

Interact with multi‑functional teams, including ADEPT services, to ensure complete delivery of solutions.

Collaborate and integrate with Release Planning and Management services and platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Supply Chain Global Planning Lead‑related occupation.
