Location: Remote – U.S. based (up to 30% travel)
As Channel Partner Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by building and managing strategic partnerships with global consulting firms and government contractors. You will expand the reach of SaaS-based digital process automation solutions in Healthcare IT, Enterprise Content Services, and Government IT.
Your role
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand reach in target markets.
Develop and execute channel strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
Equip partners with training, resources, and support to effectively sell solutions.
Build and manage sales pipelines with accurate forecasting in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partner capabilities with solution positioning.
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform partner strategies.
Negotiate contracts, set performance metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Partner across sales, marketing, product, and customer success for seamless execution.
Attend conferences, partner meetings, and industry events as required (up to 30% travel).
What you’ve got
5-10 years of experience in channel partner management or business development within technology solutions.
Background working with global consulting firms or government contractors in Healthcare IT, Enterprise Content Services, or Government IT.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA a plus.
Proven success building revenue through channel partnerships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partner management platforms.
Ability to establish trust with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred: Existing network within consulting and government contractor sectors.
Preferred: Experience with federal, state, or local procurement processes.
Preferred: Familiarity with SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure channel programs.
