We are looking for a
Channel Partner Manager
who will deepen, grow, and manage our strategic channel partnerships. The role includes developing go‑to‑market plans, providing sales and marketing support, and championing our integrated solution so partners can scale with their existing and new customer bases. This role reports to the VP of Sales & Business Development.
Responsibilities
Manage key named channel partnerships that promote revenue and new‑customer growth.
Develop, forecast, and maintain a detailed pipeline of channel deals.
Support go‑to‑market planning for each partner, with activities such as:
Partnering with marketing to develop press releases and partnership collateral.
Collaborating with partner sales and customer‑success teams to understand their customer base and roll out joint solutions; document total addressable market and revenue opportunity.
Providing training, sales support, and developing case studies or success stories (webinars, conferences, etc.).
Conducting bi‑weekly touch‑points and pipeline reviews with partner leadership.
Serve as a product positioning expert—demonstrate how our platform adds value and integrates with partner solutions and strategies.
Partner with internal and partner marketing teams to design and finalize pitch collateral, case studies, battle cards, and other program content.
Own the creation and delivery of an enablement program for channel partners.
Respond directly to partner sales/support questions while tracking unmet needs or trends to inform additional enablement investments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Four or more years of related SaaS experience.
Strong ability to communicate value propositions for enterprise SaaS technology, preferably in the healthcare space.
Rich and broad experience in strategic partnership strategy, enablement, and management.
Exceptional interpersonal, networking, collaboration, communication skills, and cultural awareness.
Demonstrated ability to create and implement high‑impact strategic business plans.
Business acumen with the ability to stay abreast of industry trends.
Experience with C‑suite level communications and presentations required.
Ability to establish and expand partner relationships, influence outcomes, and communicate complex topics to varied audiences.
Passion for innovation and excellence in achieving results.
Flexible and adaptable—able to work in ambiguous situations.
Self‑starter with a strong sense of accountability and personal ownership.
Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture.
Travel
Travel may be required.
Compensation The role offers Variable compensation that provides On Target Earnings between $140,000 and $200,000 annually, uncapped. The base salary range is $81,600 – $102,000. Compensation is based on related skills, experience, training, and location.
Location This position is a fixed hybrid role. Candidates must be located in Austin, Texas, Madison, Wisconsin, or Denver, Colorado.
