Perform multi-point mechanical inspections on incoming pre-owned vehicles. Complete light mechanical repairs such as brakes, batteries, filters, bulbs, hoses, fluids, belts, and similar items. Identify safety or drivability concerns and upscale items that require higher-level diagnosis or repair. Document all work performed and parts used with accuracy and attention to detail. Meet reconditioning cycle time goals to ensure vehicles are ready for retail in a timely manner. Safely move vehicles throughout service, reconditioning, and retail-ready areas. Partner with service managers, advisors, and parts personnel to keep the recon process moving efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area. Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of experience in general automotive maintenance or repair Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with multi-point inspections and light mechanical repairs Compensation (Hourly - Straight Time)
$20.00 / hour Schedule
