Process Engineer
to join their team in
Solon, OH.

What You’ll Do
Ensure compliance with
OSHA, EPA, DOT , and site EHS policies
Lead
Management of Change (MOC)
and
Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR)
Drive
Process Hazard Analyses (PHA)
and corrective actions
Champion
continuous improvement
projects for safety, quality, and efficiency
Analyze production data to reduce cycle times and improve yields
Support
new product introductions , SOP development, and training
Execute reliability and investment projects to enhance performance
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
Provide technical support and training for plant operations
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in
Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
2–3 years of experience in
process engineering
(chemical manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of
EHS compliance , process safety, and regulatory standards
Proven ability to lead projects, analyze data, and implement improvements
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
