Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician in Des Moines, IA.

The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment while providing professional, customer-focused service.
Pay Range Base pay range: $52,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, freezers, coolers)
Service HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and rack systems
Install and service commercial kitchen hotside equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, steamers, kettles, dish machines)
Perform preventative maintenance on client systems
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to resolution
Complete accurate service documentation in company systems
Maintain safe, organized job sites and uphold professional customer service standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of commercial refrigeration experience (required)
HVAC/R experience required; hotside kitchen equipment experience strongly preferred
Relevant certifications (EPA Type I/II/III or Universal, CFESA, Journeyman Electrician, etc.)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Comfortable operating a company van with limited visibility
Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation
Must pass background check and drug screen
