General Job Description The role involves pulling wire through conduit, making connections to electrical panels, junction boxes, and other components. You will assist licensed electricians, troubleshoot and hot‑check systems, read and interpret blueprints and building codes, abide by safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and communicate with team members.
Responsibilities
Pull wire through conduit and make connections to electrical panels, junction boxes, and other electrical components.
Hot check, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirements.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and take direction from supervisors and licensed electricians.
Promptly report any unsafe working conditions or incidents to the appropriate person.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background and drug test.
Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Minimum Years of Experience 0‑2 years
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and in outdoor weather conditions.
