Key Responsibilities
Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related production issues and deviations.
Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Analyze process data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams on process enhancements and new product introductions.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze process data, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI)
Experience with MES, ERP, or advanced process simulation software
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
