Plan, schedule, and coordinate the full construction cycle—from lot clearing to final delivery—with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines. Provide managerial oversight across multiple custom home projects. Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and partners, ensuring productivity and accountability. Oversee materials, schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes of work. Maintain compliance with safety codes and ensure clean, safe job sites. Track progress and updates using online scheduling and project management tools. Conduct home‑buyer meetings and ensure all walkthrough items are completed prior to closing. Collaborate closely with purchasing and design/selection teams for personalized home customization. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in custom home building (strongly preferred). Proven supervisory or management skills in a construction setting. Ability to motivate teams and hold subcontractors accountable to high standards. Proficient in construction scheduling software and vendor management systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, blueprints, and documentation. Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and follow‑through. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
