Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in El Paso, TX, for a Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage maintenance team effectively

Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring workplace safety compliance
Previous experience in a maintenance supervisor role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
Effective communication and organizational skills
