Process / Equipment Engineer – Regulated Manufacturing
We’re partnering with a global, highly regulated manufacturing organization that is expanding its operations in Sumter County, SC and investing in process optimization and equipment modernization. This is a hands‑on engineering role supporting high‑volume manufacturing in an environment where quality, compliance, and continuous improvement are critical. What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and production equipment. Support new equipment installations, upgrades, and change controls. Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, work instructions, process flows). Execute equipment qualifications and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ). Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Analyze process data to identify trends and drive corrective actions. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams. Ensure adherence to quality systems, regulatory, and EHS requirements. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial, or related). 2–5 years of process or equipment engineering experience in high‑volume manufacturing. Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., ISO, GMP). Familiarity with change control, validation, and documentation practices. Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical tools. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Why Consider This Role
