Field Service Technician
Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced CNC and electromechanical systems.
Position Overview This role requires strong technical skills, particularly in PLC programming and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure CNC machinery and electromechanical systems at customer sites.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with PLC systems and other electronic components.
Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of their equipment.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain inventory of replacement parts and tools for field service operations.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and electromechanical systems.
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
