Production Packaging Supervisor – 2nd Shift Production Packaging Supervisor

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI, United States – Permanent, Full‑time position.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate shift activities to achieve production targets.

Ensure smooth material supply and support operational areas as needed.

Manage staffing, training, and education to build safe and effective performance.

Promote and maintain good employee relations on the line and with Team Leads and extended teams.

Provide coaching, counseling, and regular reviews to maintain high morale.

Collaborate with Maintenance Planner and Production Planner to meet delivery commitments.

Plan and execute trials, changeovers, and maintenance work to avoid conflicts with production schedules.

Investigate production issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor line performance.

Ensure labor and material yield standards are achieved.

Maintain accurate product and performance data, prepare KPIs, and report as required.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.

Minimum one year of experience working in a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Strong knowledge of production/packaging plans.

Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
