Rental Service Manager – Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Job Overview The Rental Service Manager will direct operational and staff activities at our Baton Rouge location. This role requires deep knowledge of construction equipment maintenance and repair, a focus on efficient shop operations, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance and equipment repair in the shop and customer sites to improve turnaround time.
Oversee Louisiana CAT warranty administration, submissions, and claims.
Manage external purchases and services, processing purchase orders and utilizing accurate costing methods.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Three years or more of management experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite required.
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
Experience with rental operating systems highly preferred.
Knowledge or experience with Caterpillar equipment or product lines highly preferred.
Job Facts
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
