About The Role A long-established electrical contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee daily field operations. This role ensures that projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with all specifications.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily onsite operations to ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
Work closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to support seamless workflow.
Manage project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve field issues.
Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a safe jobsite environment.
Prepare project reports including progress updates, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Lead and mentor Superintendents and field personnel.
Perform QA/QC inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in electrical construction management or as an electrical Superintendent.
Strong understanding of OSHA standards and safety practices.
Bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera or Prolog is preferred.
Experience with estimating and budgeting is a strong plus.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
