Build the Machines That Power Modern IndustryWe’re a fast-scaling manufacturer of high‑precision automated equipment, accelerating production to meet surging demand from major data center initiatives with world-renowned tech partners. As an Industrial Automation Machine Builder, you’ll turn sophisticated drawings into production-ready machinery used across multiple sectors. A Day in This RoleYou start by reviewing detailed mechanical drawings and shop orders. With precision instruments in hand, you assemble frames and subassemblies, install drive systems with motors and shafts, fit drums, rolls, and bearings, and integrate pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, brackets, and guarding. You run operational tests, make mechanical adjustments, and verify tolerances. Throughout the day, you move parts and completed equipment safely using forklifts and overhead cranes, keep documentation accurate, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain a clean, efficient floor. You end your shift spotting opportunities for process improvements and planning preventative maintenance tasks.
What You Will Build and Do
Assemble automated industrial machinery and subassemblies per engineering specifications
Interpret complex mechanical prints and engineering drawings
Construct: frame assemblies; drive systems (motors/shafts); drums, rolls, bearings; pneumatics and hydraulics; sensors, brackets, guarding
Execute operational testing, fine mechanical adjustments, and final tolerance verification
Move equipment/parts safely with forklifts and cranes (rigging experience valued)
Assist with shipping and receiving of machinery and components
Perform routine preventative maintenance and document work accurately
Champion safety procedures and continuous improvement on the production floor
Required Background
3–5 years as a Mechanical Assembler, Machine Builder, or Industrial Automation Technician
Fluency in reading mechanical drawings/prints
Proficient with hand tools and precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, pi tapes, etc.)
Hands‑on history assembling automated industrial equipment
Forklift and crane rigging experience (certifications preferred)
Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 100 lbs as needed
Clear communication skills; working knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, and ERP systems
Preferred
Trade school, associate degree, or relevant technical certifications
Maintenance or field service experience
Willingness to work significant overtime
Why You’ll Be Excited
Explosive growth: Driven by major data center programs with global tech leaders
