Join a team that turns drawings into dependable machines. Under the guidance of the Assembly Manager, you’ll assemble fabricated and machined components, ensure safe material movement with overhead cranes, and deliver quality builds that meet production goals.
Your Impact
Assemble small-to-large industrial machinery and subassemblies with precision.
Independently rig and load trucks using overhead cranes.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute builds correctly the first time.
Select the right tools and equipment to stay on schedule.
Perform final inspections to meet quality standards.
Complete monthly safety training and model safe work practices.
Support internal partners and external customers; step in as backup when needed.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Live and promote BCT’s Culture and Core Values.
Apply welding as needed (preferred; not mandatory).
What You Bring
Clear written and verbal communication.
Detail orientation, thoroughness, and strong problem-solving with decisive follow-through.
Math capability: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and metric conversions.
Foundational mechanical knowledge and hands‑on aptitude.
Background We’re Looking For
Required: Overhead crane experience.
Required: 3+ years in manufacturing or a comparable environment.
Preferred: Industrial heavy machine assembly.
Plus: Hydraulics experience.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)
Heavy equipment repair
Equipment troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics
Machine building and assembly
Hydraulic systems familiarity
Accurate tape measure reading
Maintenance and repair
Crane operation
