Opti Staffing is hiring a Welder/Fabricator in Oak Grove, OR. This position offers competitive pay starting at $26/hr+ (DOE) and a full-time day shift schedule.

What You’ll Do
Perform high‑quality welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
Fabricate and assemble components according to blueprints and engineering specifications.
Execute precise welds on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Prepare materials using grinders, saws, torches, and other shop equipment.
Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Troubleshoot welding and fabrication challenges to meet deadlines and specifications.
Collaborate with the shop team to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
At least 2 years of welding and fabrication experience.
Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills.
Experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
Familiarity with fabrication tools (grinders, saws, torches, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
Musts
MIG, TIG, and stick welding proficiency.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Welding certification (AWS or equivalent).
Experience in precision or high‑spec fabrication environments.
