We are seeking skilled welders who have a strong understanding of welding processes, shop drawings, and safety practices, and who are able to perform high-quality welds on various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.; overtime is available.
Job Duties:
Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication machinery
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as required
Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols
Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure quality and compliance
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Trade school or vocational training is a plus
Must have three to five years of hands‑on welding experience in a fabrication environment
AWS Certification preferred but not required
Must be proficient in MIG and TIG welding; Stick welding is a plus
Must have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols
A strong knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and behavior under heat is needed
Must be familiar with grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other tools
Must have the ability to pay a strong attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and be extremely safety conscious
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis and be able to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the shift
Must be comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to heat, sparks, and metal particles
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
