Overview
Production Operator sets up and operates production machines and equipment. Reports to Production Supervisor and is located in Newark, CA.
Responsibilities
Overall operation of assigned production line/unit including assembly. Manual hand solder electronic components. Set up and understand set-up sheets, assembly instructions. Execute verbal and written instructions given by supervisor. Read and follow work instructions and visual aids. Check and inspect task results against predetermined standards. Identify, communicate, and elevate production issues. Perform additional duties related to Production Operator.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Minimum 3-year work experience in manufacturing production environment. Basic understanding of IPC. Occasional lift up to 15 pounds. Stand eight-hour shift with mandatory rest and lunch breaks. Work flexible overtime when needed.
Education and Experience
High school diploma is desired. Minimum 1 year work experience in manufacturing production environment.
Salary
$18.00/hr – $26.00/hr
