My client is a

construction manager

based in

Louisville, Kentucky that is looking for

Multifamily Construction Project Manager to manage ground-up multifamily projects. The

Project Manager

is responsible for overseeing ground-up construction projects from inception through closeout. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contract obligations. This position will serve as the primary liaison between design, development, and construction teams, as well as subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership. Project Manager (Multifamily) Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Documentation:

Budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, closeout; maintain digital and hard-copy documentation. Coordination & Communication:

Lead project meetings, interpret plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain thorough communication records. Field & Safety Oversight:

Partner with superintendents, enforce OSHA standards, monitor subcontractor performance, ensure compliance with safety protocols. Financial & Contract Management:

Negotiate subcontract scopes and pricing, review invoices and pay applications, manage general conditions budgets. Scheduling & Execution:

Develop, track, and maintain project schedules; enforce milestones; oversee closeout activities. Leadership & Continuous Improvement:

Lead superintendents and field staff, identify operational improvements, maintain confidentiality, represent the company professionally. Project Manager (Multifamily) Qualifications: 15+ years of project management experience in construction (multifamily, hospitality or senior living). Bachelors degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Office, and construction management software. Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, construction methods, project delivery, and contract administration. Pay:
