Our client is a leading commercial contractor in the Southeast is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $1M–$20M+. This role leads project teams, manages budgets and schedules, and ensures strong client relationships and high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met. Lead and mentor project staff including Superintendents, APMs, and Project Engineers. Oversee budgets, contracts, procurement, and change management. Review schedules, cost reports, and project progress regularly. Conduct jobsite visits and lead subcontractor and OAC meetings. Maintain accurate documentation in Procore (RFIs, Submittals, Daily Logs, Meetings, etc.). Drive client communication and ensure smooth handoff at closeout. Qualifications
10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years running $3M–$20M projects. Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and negotiation skills. Procore proficiency. Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred. OSHA-30 preferred.
