Staff Systems Engineer
Location: Huntsville, AL
Staff Systems Engineer to support the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program as an individual contributor on the A&D MBSE team. The role is responsible for developing Systems Engineering products that directly support the design and development of the GWS capability for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field with eight years’ experience, or a Master’s degree with six years’ experience, or a PhD with four years’ experience.
Experience Requirements
Strong technical background in systems engineering and verification.
Experience with DOORS.
Willingness to assume a technical leadership role.
Demonstrated capability working independently and within a team environment.
Systems engineering experience with large, complex systems.
Experience using JIRA.
At least 2‑year experience on GWS or GMD.
Applicant must have an active Secret security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.
