Senior Systems Engineer providing expert‑level systems engineering support to the MDA’s Defense of Guam Program Office. You will lead technical integration to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment of missile defense capabilities. Exposure to secure system development, cybersecurity‑informed engineering, and collaboration with top‑tier defense professionals. Key Responsibilities
Lead Systems Engineering efforts across Flight Test, Ground Test, and Modeling & Simulation domains. Develop and maintain SE/CI activities and technical documentation. Drive architecture definition, interface allocation, and requirements development. Shape verification strategies and risk management frameworks. Support technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and performance assessments. Contribute to cybersecurity strategy, configuration/data management, and sustainment planning. Collaborate on decision analysis, technical planning, and innovation initiatives. Deliver high‑impact briefings to senior stakeholders and decision‑makers. Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of relevant systems engineering or technical experience on missile defense programs. Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Master’s preferred). Experience with MDA Systems Engineering and DoD acquisition programs. Proven track record in technical baseline development and cybersecurity‑informed engineering. Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams. Familiarity with MDA technical review processes and documentation standards. What We Offer
