Overview
Lead complex high‑end residential construction projects, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Drive client satisfaction through strong relationship‑building and effective communication with stakeholders.
Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiations, and risk management.
Support and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth and enhancing team performance.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement company strategies and initiatives.
Drive business development efforts through networking and participation in industry organizations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Provide executive‑level oversight for multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Mentor and support project managers and superintendents to enhance team performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
Collaborate with leadership to implement company strategies and initiatives.
Participate in business development activities to expand client relationships and industry presence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record managing large commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on problem‑solving.
