Lead month‑end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting for production operations.
Partner with operations and leadership to provide insights that drive business performance.
Help strengthen processes as we scale and modernize our financial systems.
What We’re Looking For
4–6+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning key processes.
A proactive, team‑first mindset.
