Pay Range Base salary: $43,000 – $45,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
Licensure in Property & Casualty or Life & Health required prior to start date.
Bilingual Spanish or Ukrainian preferred.
Insurance sales experience and P&C or L/H licenses preferred.
Sales experience (outside or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Self‑motivated.
Ability to multi‑task.
Ability to effectively relate to customers.
