Key Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production efficiencies.
Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts for manufacturing operations.
Prepare detailed financial reports, including P&L statements, COGS analysis, and operational dashboards.
Conduct profitability analysis for products, production lines, and customer segments.
Evaluate capital expenditure requests and perform post-implementation ROI analysis.
Monitor inventory valuation, turns, and obsolescence, identifying areas for improvement.
Support cost reduction initiatives and process improvements within the manufacturing plants.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with a focus on manufacturing KPIs.
Experience with cost accounting principles, variance analysis, and inventory valuation in a production environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data extraction and manipulation.
Ability to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for operational expenditures and production costs.
Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain dynamics, and their financial implications.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with SAP FICO or other major manufacturing ERP systems
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or other operational efficiency methodologies
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and variance analysis
