Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed cost analysis, including standard costing, variance analysis, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and budgets for production, inventory, and capital expenditures.
Generate accurate and timely financial reports on plant performance, profitability, and key operational metrics.
Provide financial support for operational decision-making, cost reduction initiatives, and efficiency improvements.
Analyze capital expenditure proposals, performing ROI and payback period calculations for new equipment and projects.
Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, obsolescence, and turnover rates to optimize working capital.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and operational insights.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with cost accounting principles, variance analysis, and inventory valuation in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and data extraction.
Ability to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to manufacturing operations.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and their financial implications.
Bonus Qualifications
