$121,000 - $170,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process and reporting.
Develop and oversee the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts.
Lead all cost accounting functions, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Analyze manufacturing performance, provide insights, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
Coordinate external audits and manage tax compliance activities.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies.
Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
Bonus Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise with major manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) beyond standard user functions.
Experience leveraging business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced financial analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies in a financial context.
Previous experience with financial due diligence or integration of acquired entities.
