$128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for manufactured goods.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed financial analysis and projections.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Analyze production costs, gross margins, and profitability by product line to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
Collaborate with operations management to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
Deep expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes in accordance with GAAP.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analysis tools.
Bonus Qualifications
Deep experience optimizing financial modules within a major manufacturing ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations.
